Manager - College Credit Plus (CCP) Program


To assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of the College's CCP program as defined within Enrollment Services. This position will manage strong collaborative relationships throughout the College including but not limited to the academic divisions, Registrar, Admissions, Marketing, ITS, and finance departments.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, this position may be assigned a combination of remote and on- site responsibilities.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate Enrollment Services responsibilities associated with the CCP program on all campus locations, off-campus locations, and online
  • Facilitate program development and implementation, working with divisional faculty and staff to share information regarding academic program changes and development, and state changes to CCP.Collaborate with high school leadership and college departments such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration and Career Services to facilitate matriculation of CCP students to degree-seeking s
  • Assist academic leadership in the establishment of new CCP pathways
  • Supervise and coordinate daily record-keeping processes on behalf of CCP program activities including enrollment tracking, school district partner enrollment/grade reporting, and State reporting
  • Manage curriculum database and inventory of course documents for courses delivered off- campus at partner locations.
  • Assume primary responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of the CCP program's academic schedules and coordinate its development and implementation with the academic divisions and other departments of the College.
  • Coordinate records of CCP off-campus adjunct faculty and online course proctors and forward documents as may be required by the College's Human Resources Department
  • Assume primary responsibility for CCP enrollment initiatives that support the College's strategic plan
  • Engage with marketing to maintain and update communication to CCP students and provide input regarding branded materials and social media strategies
  • Address student questions and concerns when applicable and triage to appropriate personnel such as academic chairs, faculty, and others
  • Maintain CCP website and update state driven procedural policies and processes of the CCP Program
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal clerical support staff
  • Coordinate CCP administrative process and training activities in collaboration with support staff from Registrar, Admissions, Finance, ITS, and the academic divisions
  • Organize professional development opportunities for CCP faculty, and communicate with off-campus instructors regarding technological needs, college deadlines, and enrollment concerns.
  • Serve as the College's primary CCP enrollment data manager in conjunction with the State's CCP regulatory reporting requirement
  • In collaboration with academic divisions, develop and maintain effective educational partnerships with external school district partners.
  • Promote the College and CCP through external networking, speaking engagements, and participation in State and college-wide meetings. Establish, in collaboration with the Senior Director of Enrollment Services and Registrar:
    • CCP program goals
    • Alignment with college goals and OHDE statewide success measures
  • Establish strategic objectives of the CCP program in alignment with college-wide strategic planning efforts and cascading academic plans.
  • Monitor trends and regulatory compliance requirements of the OHDE CCP program
  • Serve as CCP program resource to divisions and departments throughout the college to understand the program implications for college enrollment, student satisfaction, and student completion in alignment with the College Campus Completion Plan
  • Serve as the college's CCP liaison to professional and occupational groups, agency representatives, professional organizations, college and university representatives, secondary school representatives, educational, and industrial partners

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field from an accredited institution of higher education is
  • Five years higher education academic administration or teaching experience required. Experience with student support services directed toward student success in a college- level environment preferred.
  • Exceptional proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs, with significant experience working with Excel spreadsheets and/or participant/student database
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as may be needed.
  • Valid driver's license, and ability to travel between college campuses and/or employer, community-based partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in relevant field from an accredited institution of higher
  • Experience with student support services directed toward student success in a college-level environment
  • Experience working with Ellucian Colleague
